1. Your Routine Feels Like a Second Job
A wellness routine should fit into your day without taking up every spare pocket of time. If you’re logging meals before breakfast, checking your sleep score at lunch, tracking macros after dinner, and squeezing in a 9 p.m. stretch session because the app said so, that’s a lot to carry.
2. You Skip Fun to Stay “On Plan”
Healthy habits still need room for Friday night dinners, birthday cake, road trips, and other life events. If you keep canceling plans because they don’t fit your meal prep, workout schedule, or bedtime routine, the routine may be costing you more than it gives back.
