Taking a nap can be much more tempting than getting yourself to the gym, and some days, working out is the last thing you feel like doing. You know how important it is to keep up a healthy lifestyle, but you need a bigger push to inspire you. Let's turn the gym into your happy place; here are tips to help you stay motivated to exercise:

1. Reward Yourself 

You deserve a reward for your achievements. When you promise a reward for hitting fitness targets, it helps motivate you to try harder. It could be as simple as showing up four times a week! Treat yourself to a spa day or something that you love once you've reached your milestones.

2. Have A Fitness Idol

Having a fitness role model will help motivate you to hit the gym. If you're inspired by someone, it makes it easier to push through knowing that you can achieve the same results. Don't go after the body-builders unless you have 5 hours a day to dedicate, find an influencer that matches your goals.
